General Policy on Payments
All payments made to CVSGM are associated with academic publishing services, including but not limited to manuscript processing, editorial handling, peer review coordination, formatting, and publication services. These payments are considered service-based and are used to support the operational costs of the journal and publishing platform.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following limited circumstances:
Duplicate payment made in error
Payment made for a manuscript that was not processed due to technical or administrative issues on the part of CVSGM
Withdrawal of a manuscript before the peer review process has commenced
Exceptional cases approved by the editorial or management team at CVSGM
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
Manuscript rejection after peer review or editorial evaluation
Author withdrawal after peer review has started or been completed
Failure to comply with submission guidelines or ethical requirements
Delays caused by revision cycles or author response time
Any publication fee once the manuscript has been accepted for publication
Cancellation Policy
Authors may request cancellation of manuscript processing by contacting the editorial office. Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the stage of the publication process:
Before peer review: Cancellation may be accepted and eligible for partial refund (if applicable)
During or after peer review: Cancellation is subject to approval and may not be eligible for refund
After acceptance: Cancellation is not permitted
Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times may vary depending on banking and payment service providers.
