Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines how the Content Validation Scholars Guild Malaysia (CVSGM) manages the delivery of any physical or digital outputs related to its academic publishing services through https://publisher.cvsgm.org/.

As an academic publisher, CVSGM primarily provides digital publishing services. However, in certain cases, physical or additional deliverables may be provided upon request.

Scope of Delivery
CVSGM mainly operates as a digital academic publishing platform. The following delivery formats may apply:
Online publication of accepted manuscripts in the Journal of Content Validation (ISSN 3093-8317)
Digital certificates of publication or acceptance (if applicable)
Digital invoices, receipts, and editorial correspondence
Optional printed copies of journals or special publications (if requested and available)

Digital Delivery
All accepted manuscripts and related academic outputs are delivered primarily in digital format. Publication confirmation, acceptance letters, and journal access links will be sent to the author’s registered email address.

Digital delivery is typically completed once the manuscript has successfully passed peer review, editorial approval, and final production processes.

Physical Delivery
In cases where printed journals, certificates, or other physical materials are requested, delivery will be arranged through reliable courier services. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and courier provider.

Any applicable shipping fees will be communicated to the author prior to dispatch.

Delivery Timeframe
Delivery timelines depend on the stage of the publication process:
Manuscript confirmation: 1–7 working days (initial response)
Peer review process: Variable depending on revisions and reviewer availability
Final publication (online): As per journal scheduling after acceptance
Physical delivery (if requested): Typically 7–21 working days depending on location

Delivery Delays
CVSGM is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as courier services, technical issues, public holidays, or author delays in responding to revision requests. However, we strive to ensure timely processing and communication at all stages.

Incorrect Delivery Information
Authors are responsible for providing accurate contact and mailing information. CVSGM will not be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete details provided by the user.

Non-Delivery Cases
If delivery fails due to incorrect information or inability to reach the recipient, CVSGM will attempt to contact the author for correction. Re-delivery may be subject to additional charges.

Changes to This Policy
CVSGM reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping and Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
